Summers Corner Welcomes Regional Builder Saussy Burbank
SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (PRWEB) October 12, 2016 -- Summers Corner, a new community bringing a fresh, unfiltered interpretation of Lowcountry life, has welcomed regional builder Saussy Burbank to the community. New home styles will start from the mid $200,000s.
Located just outside of downtown Summerville, Summers Corner is home to Corner House Café, Dorchester District Two’s new Sand Hill Elementary, the Clemson Extension Master Gardener office, a 95-acre freshwater lake, and a diversity of parks designed by award-winning Landscape Architect, Fred Bonci. The new Rollings Middle School of the Arts and 1,000 seat performing arts center are under construction and due to open in 2017.
The new Saussy Burbank collection will feature four home plans ranging from 1,580 to 2,400 square feet and priced from the mid $200,000s to $400,000s. House plans will include one-story designs and homes with first floor master suites. All are being introduced in response to growing market demand for diverse styles with open concept floor plans and unique architectural detail
“Saussy Burbank is excited to join the growing Summers Corner community,” said Al McNeill, senior vice president. “We share their passion for home designs inspired by the rich architectural heritage of the Lowcountry, while remaining thoroughly livable, with all the modern amenities homeowners have come to expect today. We believe our award-winning home designs will complement the well-crafted character and natural beauty of Summers Corner for years to come.”
The builder anticipates completion of its first model home in December; in the meantime, sales agents will be available at Corner House Café and Information Center.
Founded in 1989, Saussy Burbank has had a role in many of the Carolinas’ most esteemed and distinctive neighborhoods, including Nexton – an award winning WestRock community located at the key crossroads of I-26 and 17A in Summerville.
“Saussy Burbank is a builder which responds to the way people want to live today,” said Kenneth T. Seeger, president, WestRock Land and Development. “We’re pleased to welcome them.”
