Nottingham, UK (PRWEB UK) 24 October 2016 -- Proactive IT security distributor Alpha Generation Distribution announced today the launch of BlackStratus CYBERShark in the UK – an innovative SIEM solution designed with managed service providers (MSPs) and their small to midsize business end-users in mind.
While the platform is built on the foundation of BlackStratus’ proven SIEM technology – already used by large companies like BT – CYBERShark is a cloud-based solution that offers a lower barrier to entry for MSPs and, in turn, their customers. Now, a small 50-person organisation can experience the exact same level of security monitoring as a 50,000 employee global enterprise – at a fraction of the cost.

Contrastingly, CYBERShark starts at just 20 users and offers a 30-day rolling contract. As a result, MSPs can add more value to their services and meet growing demand from small businesses, without burdening the risk of in-house hardware, software, or significant upfront costs.

This gives MSPs the advantage of an instant margin as soon as a deal is closed, not a protracted period of paying off on an initial investment.
Beyond CYBERShark, Alpha Generation Distribution also plans to extend its MSP portfolio with new solutions from Thycotic and Corero. Together, these will give end-users the proactive security they need, in a format that makes sense for resellers and service providers.
