GetApp Releases its Q4 2016 Ranking of the Top Help Desk and Ticketing software
Barcelona, Spain (PRWEB) November 01, 2016 -- Zendesk defended its first place position in GetApp’s quarterly ranking of the top 25 help desk and ticketing solutions, followed by Freshdesk in second place and LiveAgent in third.
GetApp’s ranking is designed to give businesses an overview of the best help desk and ticketing solutions on the market in the quest to find software that fits their company’s needs. The ranking is made up of five data points that are each worth 20 points, for a maximum potential score of 100. These five data points include: security, user reviews on GetApp, iOS and Android availability combined with average scores from the Play and App stores, integrations, and media presence.
“Zendesk retained its top spot, scoring a hugely impressive 20 points in 3 out of 5 data points including reviews, integrations, and mobile apps, giving it an overall score of 95 out of 100,” says Suzie Blaszkiewicz, project manager for GetApp’s Category Leader ranking. “FreshDesk retained its second place position from last quarter with a score of 85, as did LiveAgent in third position, only two points behind with a score of 83.”
