(PRWEB) November 15, 2016 -- Infolinx System Solutions™, a leading provider of enterprise physical records management software, announced the implementation of Infolinx WEB™ for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (LFUCG) in Kentucky. The Council of the Clerk’s Office will use the new software application to track and manage contracts, resolutions, ordinances, and other related documents.
Hosted within the Microsoft Azure Cloud, the Infolinx WEB application includes sophisticated retention schedule and disposition functionality managing the full life-cycle of records from creation to eventual destruction. The application enables the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to be fully compliant with Federal, State, and local laws that govern records preservation and management.
“Recognizing the increased accessibility, dependability, performance and security of cloud-based solutions, we are seeing an accelerated adoption of this platform by our client base,” said Tim Butler, Managing Director at Infolinx. “With the significant cash flow incentive and reduced need for IT support, Infolinx WEB on the Azure cloud provides an appealing value proposition to our customers.”
In addition to deepened integrations with Microsoft SharePoint and Iron Mountain IM Link, new features of Infolinx WEB 3.5 include multiple language support, extended search capabilities, and configurable user-level email notifications to streamline in-app communication between users.
