Choice Recovery Receives Coveted Torch Award for Ethics
(PRWEB) November 16, 2016 -- One of the most sought-after honors granted to organizations in Central Ohio is the prestigious Torch Award for Ethics, given annually by the Better Business Bureau® (BBB) Center for Character Ethics®. Choice Recovery, is pleased to announce that they were selected this year to receive this esteemed award.
The Torch Awards for Ethics honors companies whose leaders demonstrate a high level of personal character. These executives ensure that the organization’s practices meet the highest standards of ethics, and generate an extraordinary level of trust among their employees, customers and communities. The awards, given annually since 1994, are open to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. The number of recipients each year varies, depending on the quality of worthy nominees. Choice Recovery is the first collection agency to ever receive this award in Central Ohio.
“For the past 20 years, my goal has been to build the most successful culture in the country by developing and pursuing a personal philosophy that emphasizes freedom, accountability, trust, kindness and love,” said Chad Silverstein, Choice Recovery’s founder and CEO. “I am thrilled that Choice Recovery has been recognized by the Better Business Bureau. We are focused on changing the perception of collections and being recognized with this award means that everything we’re doing is working. It’s a big win for my team.”
Choice Recovery and the two other recipients of this year’s award, Hetter Heating & Cooling and Zipline Logistics, were honored at a luncheon at the Ohio State University Ohio Union today. This year’s celebration also honored past recipients, and recognized ten future business leaders from high schools throughout central Ohio.
