Humble, Texas (PRWEB) November 23, 2016 -- Including Kids, a non-profit organization that works with kids and young adults with autism and other developmental delays, invites all to participate in the Giving Tuesday campaign on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. This social media inspired campaign, is in it’s fifth year of continuance in bringing back the spirit of giving this holiday season.
By helping children and young adults cultivate learning and social skills, Including Kids facilitates their inclusion in their community. Including Kids is expanding their reach through a new, 2.5 acre facility where they recently broke ground and for which they continue to raise funds.
The new facility is designed specifically for those with autism in mind and so far, the organization has raised over $1 million which has led to the purchase of property and the start of construction. As a proposed $4 million project the organization, Including Kids, will put forth every dollar raised from Giving Tuesday to the development of the facility and help bridge the gap for over 650 families in the Greater Houston Area.
“We are excited about reaching phase one of groundbreaking for our new campus, but still have a long road ahead of us,” says Jennifer Dantzler, executive director of Including Kids. “Days like Giving Tuesday, help bridge the gap longterm for our superheroes.” With room to grow and an abundance of outpouring support the non-profit organization has grown since 2003.
