Desmone Architects, a Pittsburgh based Architecture and Interior Design firm is expanding its geographical footprint and moving into Morgantown, West Virginia. The new satellite office will be located in the Morgantown Enterprise Center, a building where Desmone has previously been hired to work on. Expanding into the West Virginia territory will provide Desmone with enhanced access to existing and new clients.
The Morgantown Enterprise Center is a small business incubator for Monongalia County and also houses the Monongalia County Development Authority. In a strategic move for the firm, Brad Frankhouser, Associate at Desmone Architects mentions that “the overall goal is to serve the local markets more effectively and create relationships in the area – also to reach further south into the Clarksburg, Fairmont and Western Maryland regions.” Brad will lead the efforts in the Morgantown office and is planning to hire another architect or two at the location. His strong project management experience is a perfect fit for the rising Light Industrial, Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and high end Residential segments that are thriving in West Virginia.
