Marty Paganini has been named Architectural Sales Representative for O&G Industries - Masonry Division, the news was announced today by Kara R. Oneglia, Vice-President.
In his new position, Paganini will be responsible for leading the efforts to build new relationships with landscape architect firms, secure specifications, and join the network of professional clients already established with O&G throughout the Northeast. Working directly with professional landscapers Marty offers 25-years of business development and client support; an invaluable service that allows architects to budget according to design. “Marty’s ability to cultivate new and build existing relationships, combined with his business expertise, sales experience and success in identifying growth opportunities aligns perfectly with our long-term sales strategy,” Oneglia said. “We are pleased to have him join our staff.”
Marty has over 25 years of experience as an experienced leader; he analyzes and assesses business situations to create and maintain continual success for an organization. His background and expertise include providing safe and environmentally responsible solutions to the power, landscape and site construction industries. “I’m excited to join O&G and utilize my skill set to benefit the family-owned organization's business strategy,” Paganini remarked.
Paganini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UCONN and ICPI certification. He and his wife Linda live in Torrington, Connecticut.
