They are using Waggl to enhance communications with staff around onboarding and orientation, and to get actionable feedback in real-time from physicians about whether they feel valued and empowered in their practice. “Using Waggl has enabled us to customize our New Employee Orientation to meet the actual needs of employees versus following our traditional standardized approach. And Avella, a specialty pharmacy recognized nationally for its high-touch customer service, is also using Waggl to connect people and get actionable feedback in real time.
