Starting today, Talkdesk admins can integrate ScreenMeet’s capabilities to their contact center with just a single click. Like all AppConnect tools, ScreenMeet is available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.
Screenmeet works on all platforms such as Windows, MAC, Android and iOS and makes it easy for support staff to get to full co-browsing and remote control mode, enabling enhanced service and support experiences. ScreenMeet is a secure and encrypted solution that works through corporate firewalls and with Single Page Web Apps (SPAs). The new ScreenMeet functionality includes:
