Zephyr Lock, a leading locker lock manufacturer based in Newtown, CT, unveils their Club, Professional, and Architectural Series, on April 27th, 2017, a new, state-of-the-art family of lock products. With the launch of this new product line, Zephyr Lock reinforces its commitment to continuously push engineering and industrial boundaries.

The 2017 product line features superior aesthetics, numerous locking functions to ensure the highest level of security, along with proven and reliable technology enhanced to meet all locker security requirements. Each Series—Club, Professional, and Architectural—also features multiple mounting configurations allowing for use in the broadest range of locker types.

“Zephyr Lock prides itself on continuous innovation to meet industry demands for more advanced, secure, and modern locker locks,” said Doug Greene, General Manager of Zephyr Lock. “We are proud to say the level of technology and engineering innovation in our new product family offers a variety of capabilities to fulfill any lock need and application. Our extensive research to develop each technical capability and design feature is on display in the diverse configuration options within each series.”

The Club Series provides mechanical and electronic options that further support the specific needs of customers in various applications. Dead bolt and spring latch locking capabilities provide higher security on single and multi-point lockers, and all locks have zinc die cast housing for increased durability. Additional features included in this series are wireless capabilities for non-hardwired systems, multi-layer RFID encryption for the highest levels of security, and proprietary programming to extend battery life.

Zephyr Lock’s Professional Series was designed to mount in a simple cutout on a variety of surfaces, giving it a recessed, low-profile stance. The mechanical and electronic options within the Professional Series each boast extensive product features, including available vertical and horizontal mounting configurations and humidity resistance, making these locks adaptable for virtually all locker environments. The Professional Series stands apart from the competition with custom programming features such as time-based operations, audit trail capability, and multi-user access for high-security enclosures.

The Architectural Series was engineered to meet all industry and user demands, featuring a turn knob that projects out and recesses, for a clean low profile look with increased security. Locks in this series can also support multiple RFID protocols, optional hardwire capability, and supervisory access and override functionality by use of control and management cards, codes, and manual control keys. The series includes two versions; one accessible by electronic keypad, and the other accessible by electronic touch panel, in addition to access by use of RFID card, fob, or wristband.
