Benetrends Financial Announces Key Employee Promotions

Dallas Kerley, former Chief Development Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Eric Schechterman, formerly National Sales Director, has been promoted to Chief Development Officer.
Kerley joined Benetrends in 2011 as Chief Development Officer and, through his leadership, has been instrumental in charting the course of Benetrends’ growth and development. Kerley has been a featured speaker at numerous business and franchise conferences where he helped educate entrepreneurs on small business funding strategies. He has written several articles on small business topics for a variety of publications. In his new role, Kerley will develop and implement strategic plans that support the organization’s vision and goals as well as provide day-to-day leadership that mirrors Benetrends’ mission and core values.
Schechterman also joined Benetrends in 2011. He succeeds Kerley, having been promoted to Chief Development Officer. Schechterman brings to his new role his previous success as Sales Director where he was responsible for the training and development of the sales team as well as developing and managing partner relationships. Schechterman is a frequent speaker at small business events around the country.
