Geoffrey A. Manna joins CION Investments to spearhead the firm's direct investment activity in the Southeast Region

CION Investments ("CION") is pleased to announce that Geoffrey A. Manna has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Among his various responsibilities will be to lead the firm's direct investment activities in the Southeast U.S. Mr. Manna will be responsible for originating, structuring and managing investment opportunities across the capital structure.

Geoff joins CION with over 25 years of experience financing and advising sponsored and non-sponsored middle-market companies across a wide variety of industries. Previously, Geoff held senior banking positions with firms including Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Bankers Trust Company, Royal Bank of Scotland and BNP Paribas, where he focused on originating, underwriting, structuring and managing debt and equity transactions for large-cap and middle-market companies. Geoff began his career as a CPA in the audit and transaction services groups of KPMG.
