Wind is about beautiful, simple design and low, predictable pricing. It’s what tech-savvy attorneys expect and deserve.

E-STET, a California-based legal technology company, has released its second version of WIND, a design-focused, flat-fee eDiscovery product aimed at the hundreds of thousands of attorneys working at small law firms and organizations. The update will include upgrades to kCura’s Relativity 9.5, which allows for use of Relativity on Apple's iPad, and faster file uploads through Google Cloud integration.

“Relativity is a powerful tool that has traditionally only been accessible to the largest law firms and biggest clients. WIND makes it available to all attorneys and clients across the country,” said Thomas Hegelund, Chief Executive Officer of E-STET. “Wind is about beautiful, simple design and low, predictable pricing. It’s what tech-savvy attorneys expect and deserve.”

WIND provides document review on KCura’s Relativity platform for a flat fee of $299 per month for starting packages of 25GB, including processing and hosting. Rather than have to go through a negotiation process or invoicing, all transactions are web-based via credit card. Users can purchase additional space and Relativity licenses through the WIND shop.

“We’ve noticed how frustrating the acquisition process for eDiscovery services can be,” said Aria Safar, Chief Business Development Officer for E-STET, and the Product Manager for WIND. “WIND is giving customers the experience they expect in 2017. No haggling, and no need to talk to a salesperson.”
