Flexible Rx Wood Eyewear, Plus We’re Donating A Pair To Someone In Need For Every Pair We Sell
Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) May 08, 2017 -- Legacy Eyewear is launching their latest line of natural wood eyewear in conjunction with a new program designed to provide vision care and eyewear to those in need. Designer and long-time Wilmingtonian, Pete Duncan, started Legacy Eyewear in 2016 after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Their latest line will be available in Rx, flexible, and the best part; each pair purchased will provide an eye exam and pair of frames to someone in need.
“There are literally hundreds of millions of people who do not have access to proper vision care, it’s something many of us take for granted,” remarks Pete. “We want to be a part of making people’s lives better, what better Legacy is there to leave?”
After a successful Kickstarter in Fall of 2016, Legacy will be going back to the crowdfunding platform to raise the initial funds for the line as well as build awareness for the new program.
“We will need the support of our community to get something of this scale o the ground,” Pete says, “that’s why we’re going back to Kickstarter. We’ll be able to fill prescriptions through Kickstarter so our backers will get an awesome product as well as give an amazing gift to someone in need!”
The Kickstarter campaign will go live early in June 2017, but you can get exclusive access to the launch by going to http://www.legacysunglasses.com
