Deutsche Bank Executive Joins Board of Directors for A SparkiCreative, Inc.

His experience will help guide the strategic direction for developing a solid FinTech program. There are approximately 12,000 federally regulated banks and credit unions in the U.S. and training our students in financial technology seems like an excellent way to operate in a custodial capacity for automated systems and humanity,” said Joan Trimble, Vice-chairman of the Board.
Mr. Rice brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to A Sparki Creative, Inc's Board of Directors and its Audit Committee.
As Managing Director and Treasurer for the Americas since 2011, Joe has been directly responsible for Treasury Operations in the North and South Americas region for Deutsche Bank. He has been with Deutsche Bank for over 20 years and has had responsibilities for managing US Dollar liquidity globally; liquidity and capital matters for the Americas region; and before joining the bank’s Group Treasury in 1999, allocation of funding costs and re-engineering of financial reporting processes in the Finance Department.
All of his prior experience revolved around asset liability management and cash management from positions held with Lehman Brothers, Cowen & Company, and Paine Webber.
Joe holds a B.S. in quantitative analysis from St. John’s University in New York and a M.B.A. from Hofstra University in New York.
A Sparki Creative, Inc. is working to get full scholarships to provide artificial intelligence and general technology jobs for veterans, women and minorities by providing apprentice programs and courses. Its mission for 2017 is to get 4,000 program participants into jobs.
