ParkiFi Adds Payment Integration to Simplify Parking in Downtown Denver
Denver, CO (PRWEB) May 09, 2017 -- ParkiFi®—a powerful, real-time parking finder and navigation platform—today announced that it has integrated with Parkmobile to enable users to seamlessly and securely pay for parking at lots and garages throughout downtown Denver within ParkiFi’s iOS and Android apps.
“Our goal is to make parking as easy as possible for Colorado drivers, everything from finding a spot to payment” said Ryan Sullivan, CEO and co-founder of ParkiFi. “We’ve seen a lot of enthusiasm around our real-time parking spot finder app since we launched in November, but we think users are really going to get excited about the payment capability. They can focus on getting to where they need to be downtown without worrying about where to park and how to pay, saving even more time and eliminating the headache of forgetting to pay for parking or potentially getting a ticket.”
ParkiFi has partnered with Parkmobile to access their robust payment platform, offering users the convenience of purchasing and managing their parking through ParkiFi. Through this partnership, users can pay for their parking with a single tap and walk away without ever having to pull out their wallet at surface lots and garages throughout downtown Denver. The ParkiFi app will display the time remaining for the rate selected, and will allow users to extend the length of their parking session remotely, helping them avoid costly parking tickets.
“This news further demonstrates that Colorado continues to be one of the top states for entrepreneurship and innovation,” said Gov. John Hickenlooper. “Colorado is where tech startups can thrive with our collaborative environment, robust workforce and global reach.”
To celebrate the launch of mobile payments, ParkiFi will be giving away an entire year of free parking at a downtown parking lot or garage. To enter, Denverites can simply download the ParkiFi app, and use it to find and pay for parking at ParkiFi payment-enabled downtown properties. Users will receive a new entry for each completed parking session that they’ve paid for via the app. For complete contest rules and details, visit https://www.parkifi.com/blog/year-of-free-parking.
