Cloud cybersecurity and productivity provider AppRiver recorded another strong year for its EMEA operations in 2016, increasing the number of active channel partners by 128 percent in the region. The unprecedented growth was in part a result of resellers seeking simple, effective security solutions to protect their customers against a wide and growing range of threats.

As threats have multiplied and expanded in scope, more and more companies are adding layers of protection around their networks. The need for broader security led to a surge in EMEA sales of AppRiver’s SecureSurf™ solution that blocks web-based malware, reflecting a growing awareness among resellers and their customers of threats posed by malicious websites.
