GetApp Reveals Its Customer Service Software Ranking for Q2 2017
Barcelona, Spain (PRWEB) May 12, 2017 -- Zendesk remains in first place for GetApp’s Customer Service Category Leader ranking this quarter. LiveChat jumped up from third to take second, with Freshdesk following right behind in third.
The ranking provides business owners and decision makers with an overview of the top customer service solutions on the market so that they have all the information they need to buy the right software. The ranking considers five data points, which include: user reviews, integrations, mobile platforms, media presence, and security. Each data point carries a weight of 20 points for a potential maximum score of 100.
“Zendesk took the lead with a total score of 97 this quarter. An impressive 20 points for its mobile capabilities and integrations, along with 19s for media, security, and reviews helped it maintain the top spot for another quarter. LiveChat followed behind in second with a total score of 86 and an 18 for its user reviews, while Freshdesk took third with a total of 85 points and high scores of 18 in both media and security,” says GetApp Category Leader project manager, Suzie Blaszkiewicz.
