Boat Ed® to Promote National Safe Boating Week
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) May 24, 2017 -- Boat Ed® is proud to support National Safe Boating Week and will be helping to raise awareness through Boat Ed® media channels. “During National Safe Boating Week, the entire boating safety community makes an extra effort to remind boaters about safe and responsible boating practices. U.S. Coast Guard statistics show that drowning was the reported cause of death in three- fourths of the recreational boating fatalities in 2015 and that 85 percent of those who drowned were not wearing life jackets.
The new life jackets are much more comfortable, lightweight, and stylish compared with the bulky orange-style life jackets that most boaters know. There are innovative options, such as inflatable life jackets, that allow mobility and flexibility for activities like boating, fishing, paddling, or hunting and are much cooler in the warmer weather.
