Era Living Leader is 2017 Assisted Living Nurse of the Year
SEATTLE (PRWEB) May 24, 2017 -- Era Living’s Holly Wilson, RN has been named 2017 Assisted Living Nurse of the Year by the Washington Health Care Association (WHCA). Wilson is the Community Health Director for Ida Culver House Broadview, an independent and assisted living community in North Seattle. She oversees a team of 26 clinical care professionals.
Wilson was recognized because of her track record for developing innovative care protocols and for her skill at building compassionate relationships.
“Holly’s ability to model humility and integrity are an excellent model for the team she leads and the co-workers she interacts with,” said Era Living Director of Quality Improvement, Dr. Albert Munanga. “She consistently sets the tone for harmonious relationships with residents and families in meaningful and impactful ways.”
Wilson will receive her award, a plaque recognizing her accomplishments, on Wednesday, May 24th at the Tacoma Convention Center during a luncheon at the WHCA’s 2017 Annual Convention.
