Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) May 25, 2017 -- StraighterLine, the fastest-growing provider of alternative academic credit, has partnered with Tennessee State University to offer students a convenient and affordable online option to earn credit towards their college degree.
Founded in 1912, Tennessee State University (TSU) is a comprehensive, urban, land-grant institution located in Nashville, Tennessee. Tennessee State University’s commitment to excellence, professional preparedness, and college affordability is well-aligned with StraighterLine's mission of providing high-quality online college courses at an affordable price."

With StraighterLine, our students are able to fulfill prerequisites and general education requirements, build skills and accelerate their path to graduation,” said Dr. Evelyn Nettles, Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at TSU.
All StraighterLine credit-bearing courses are approved by ACE Credit (American Council on Education), and the U.S. Department of Education selected StraighterLine as an EQUIP partner–a strong reflection of their evaluation of StraighterLine curriculum.
