Bielat Santore & Company Sells Union County, NJ Celebrated Restaurant
CLARK, NJ (PRWEB) May 25, 2017 -- No Italian wedding or celebration would be complete without the rhythmic song and dance of the “tarantella.” It is the most popular of all the Italian songs and it is even considered by many as the song of Italy. The song is both lively and graceful and the dance is one of light and quick steps mixed with passionate gestures. Its origin dates back to the Middles Ages.
Likewise, no Italian meal or celebration would be complete without the authentic Italian cuisine, superior culinary skills and fresh ingredients of the “Tarantella Ristorante.” It is the largest Italian restaurant in Clark, New Jersey and it is even considered by many as the only Italian restaurant to go to when in Clark. The restaurant is both lively and inviting and the menu offers a complete line of southern Italian cuisine. It has been family owned and operated since inception, which dates back fifteen years. Tarantella’s is a place where every customer is treated as a guest in the owner’s home.
Since its beginning, this well-known restaurant, bar and pizzeria, located at 1199 Raritan Road in Clark, New Jersey had been owned and operated by the Constantin family. On May 15, 2017 the Constantin’s “ownership tarantella” ended when the restaurant was sold, as reported by Richard R. Santore of Bielat Santore & Company, Allenhurst, New Jersey the broker for the sale. Proprietor Stanley Constantin decided it was time to retire and to sell Tarantella’s after nearly 50 years in the business. His dancing days are over; or are they just beginning?
The new owner, a seasoned restauranteur, will continue to operate Tarantella’s as a family-orientated, family-priced and family quality restaurant. Tarantella’s menu is extensive, serving some of the finest southern Italian meat, chicken and seafood dishes in the area, in addition to a complete array of pastas, a variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads and a celebrated line of pizza for both on premise and take-out consumption.
With seating for up to 250, including a spacious bar, Tarantella’s also offers a full complement of in-house and off-premise catering packages. New ownership plans on making minor cosmetic changes to the restaurant over the next 4-6 months in order to upgrade the facility and provide a pleasurable appearance.
The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and private affairs. So for your next celebration, instead of the Waltz, Tango, or Electric Slide, take a stab at dancing the Tarantella; 1199 Raritan Road, Clark, New Jersey!
