Allen Park-based Belle Tire Distributors, Inc., one of the nation’s largest tire and automotive repair retailers, has named Vivek Saran, as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The announcement was made by company president, Don Barnes III.
Saran, who brings over 20 years industry experience to the newly created CMO position, will oversee all marketing initiatives for the company, working together with Belle Tire’s leadership team to continue and grow the brand.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Saran joins Belle Tire after nearly 12 years as the Senior Vice President/Director of Business Strategy and Innovation at MARC USA in Pittsburgh, Belle Tire’s integrated marketing agency.
While at MARC USA, Saran uniquely combined the disciplines of neuroscience, psychology, social anthropology and behavioral economics with big data, new technology and cognitive data driven insights to develop new proprietary services, products, technology, business strategies and marketing programs. His work and experience span across a wide variety businesses and categories from Adidas Golf, Cooper Tires, Rite Aid Pharmacy, S.C. Johnson & Family and others.
