WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) August 30, 2017
The LASIK Vision Institute (LVI), a leader in laser vision correction, announced today that it has donated to the American Red Cross to support rescue and relief efforts in southeastern Texas. In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, the region has faced unprecedented flooding and destruction.
LVI has dozens of laser eye surgery centers across the country, including a location in Houston and several others in areas within Texas that have faced the most damage.
“We are thinking of our fellow Americans who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey, including our employees, their families, and our patients,” said LVI CEO Ben Cook. “LVI is proud to assist the relief efforts of the Red Cross as it tirelessly carries out heroic work. We will continue to do our part to help, and we hope to see the people whose lives have been impacted by the storm back on their feet as quickly as possible.”
