Solana Lucent Station is the fourth luxury residential community from ReyLenn Properties developed in the Denver region.

ReyLenn Properties is pleased to announce the opening of Solana Lucent Station, a new luxury rental community in the Highlands Ranch submarket of Denver.

The 285-unit community includes more than 50% one-bedroom homes, with more than 100 two-bedrooms and 18 three-bedrooms. Rental rates start at $1,575 per month. It is situated on 9.89 acres at Belle Drive and Plaza Drive off Lucent Boulevard, adjacent to Colorado’s C-470. The development’s location was chosen for its ease of transit access, unobstructed mountain views and adjacency to the planned Lucent Station light rail stop on the Southwest rail line. The community is located just 15 miles from downtown Denver and within a half hour drive of the Rocky Mountain foothills.
