The Honey Pot Company Announces ‘Humans With Vaginas’ Campaign
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) September 20, 2017 -- The Honey Pot Company is thrilled to announce their new digital and social campaign, “Humans With Vaginas.” The goal is to ignite conversation via social media and word-of-mouth regarding vaginal health, human rights and the importance of non-toxic personal care products. The brand has declared September “Humans with Vaginas” month, releasing a video celebrating the power of strong voices and the importance of self-love. The brand will be releasing additional PSA videos monthly for the duration of the campaign that will explore various themes relating to activism, empowerment and awareness. This awareness campaign coincides with the brand’s new product launch, a collection of herbal pantyliners and pads.
“This initiative is about far more than launching a product,” says brand founder and CEO Beatrice Feliu-Espada. “We want to start a conversation with all women – including trans-people and those who do not necessarily identify as female – we want to hear from you and encourage an open dialogue about vaginal health and human rights.” A key element of this campaign has been inclusivity, choosing to use the word “humans” rather than “women” and other gendered terms. There is a stigma around the word “vagina,” which Feliu-Espada and The Honey Pot Company hope to erase. Feliu-Espada adds, “Vaginas are a wonderful part of being human – our goal is to make everyone feel okay to celebrate their bodies after we've been made to feel ashamed about our vaginas for so many years. We are humans first."

About The Honey Pot Company:
Born out of one woman's need to naturally heal herself, Beatrice became a woman on a mission, searching for natural remedies to help prevent unruly infections that interfered with her daily life. Rather than stay locked in a vicious cycle of taking antibiotics that would temporarily fight the infection only for it to reemerge later, Beatrice charged ahead and created The Honey Pot Feminine Wash - her very own natural healing aid.
The Honey Pot Company’s mission is to educate, support, and provide women around the world with the tools and resources that promote feminine health and wellness. They do this by engaging and empowering the women they serve, one healthy honey pot at a time. The Honey Pot Company donates a portion of their proceeds to the international non-profit AfriPads, whose mission it is to teach school age girls in Uganda how to manufacture menstrual kits in their own villages.
