Babe Boniske, a radio and stage actor, tap dancer, band commentator, songwriter, lyricist, poet, and artist, has completed her new book “The Story of Willie Wings”: a sweet story about a kind and determined little butterfly who is teased by others because he is different. His selflessness and courage in the face of danger prove that what is inside is more important than appearance.

Boniske shares, “This is the story of a sad little butterfly who was shunned because he had no color on his wings. All the other butterflies called him "Willie Wings". Even his brother Billy was not very nice to him. When the opportunity arose for him to do a good deed that involved saving his brother's life, he was up to the task. From that time on he was known as "Willie Butterfly". There are two endings to this story. One is a fantasy ending, which left all the other butterflies in awe, and one dealt with the reality of seeing someone in a different way. You choose the ending.”

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Babe Boniske’s encouraging tale is a modern fable for young children.

Readers who wish to experience this inspiring work can purchase “The Story of Willie Wings” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Kobo, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
