The technical integration comes just a few weeks after the companies celebrated the one-year anniversary of their partnership.
For years First Advantage clients have been asking for a viable option to screen social media in a way that was legally compliant and efficient. While the initial partnership involved outsourcing the ordering of reports to Fama’s web platform, First Advantage sought a more seamless experience for its clients. With the integration anticipated to go live in 2018, First Advantage clients will be able to order job-specific screens of a candidate’s online identity with the click of a button. Since 2015, Fama’s tailor-made social media screens have helped employers fill in gaps of information on the people they are bringing into their business.
