Belser will speak at a session called, "A Risk Contracting Primer for Transitioning to Value." The session will take a deep dive into the elements of risk contracting. Belser will address issues from eligibility and attribution to distribution. He will also cover risk adjustment, quality-based incentives, claims completion factors and other components of regular reconciliations.
