The Modular Home Builders Association (MHBA) is pleased to announce that a completely custom mini-estate in Westchester County, New York is the Home of the Month for November.

Quality and craftsmanship surround this two-story home built on a Mini-Estate in Westchester County, NY. Hudson Valley Home Source, based in Goshen, NY, worked with Simplex Homes to design and build this spectacular home. The home features six bedrooms, four and a half baths, a two story foyer, hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen with large center island, quartz counter-tops, family room with fireplace, living room, dining room, mud room with built in drop zone, and a separate guest bedroom with bath on the first floor.

The second floor includes a home office, four additional bedrooms, laundry room, and master suite complimented by a gas fireplace with custom mantle and surround. The three-car garage is sized for even the largest of SUVs and features a large bonus room above. There is a full height walk up attic and unfinished basement with 10’ ceilings to add more usable living space if finished.

The interior of this home includes a custom molding package with upgraded base molding, casing, crown molding, and decorative inlays. Master bath includes a marble shower with free standing Kohler tub. The exterior was finished with maintenance free decorative trim, Hardie board siding, and Andersen Windows.

By being selected as MHBA's home of the month, this 4,600 s.f. home is now eligible to win the modular home industry's Home of the Year honors next September. The Modular Home Builders Association is a national non-profit trade association serving builders and manufacturers of modular homes. Each month the association selects a home from its members to highlight the advantages of modular construction.
