Judith Young’s New Book “Murder in the Woods” is a Suspenseful Story Filled with Overwhelming Secrets, Deception, and Murder
(PRWEB) November 03, 2017 -- Judith Young, a former journalist and administrator supervisor in the USAR, a retiree from the retail field, and currently concentrating on writing books, has completed her new book “Murder in the Woods”: a thrilling work about Inspector Griff as he investigates a local town after bodies of little girls are found in the woods.
Author Young delivers the feeling of fear, especially when it involves a deep and shady conspiracy: “The man looked down at the child lying on the blue painter’s tarp beside the small mound of newly dug dirt. He smiled sadly at the little blonde-haired girl, her pale blue eyes looking blankly up at him. Setting the sharp bladed shovel aside, he knelt down to gently lift the lifeless body and carefully placed the small girl into the handcrafted casket. Next he placed the small brown teddy bear with its black button eyes and bright blue ribbon in her arms then made sure the small gold locket was positioned in the exact center of her small chest. So intent on placing her tiny body just in the right position, he didn’t notice the shiny brass key ring with the logo of a law firm etched into the fob fall in and slide beneath the body. He carefully closed the lid before setting it into the newly dug hole. It took only ten minutes to replace the dirt then leave the small clearing in the woods. He
was already in the dark woods, so he never saw the beam of sunlight highlight the new grave in the center of the three graves.”
Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Judith Young’s gripping page turner offers the readers with the satisfying excitement of having secrets brought to light, and how mysteries are revealed to be just well-crafted schemes of broken minds.
