The key to growing our social media platforms is being consistent in our posts. We have also utilized videos in our posts to truly showcase some of these amazing luxury listings throughout the country.

Their focus is on showcasing amazing photography of luxury real estate and lifestyle listings all while targeting the affluent consumer audience, not just in the LHM markets represented throughout the United States, but globally. Since October 2016, Luxury Home Magazine's Instagram has grown from 6k followers to 38k followers, Facebook from 35k followers to 175k followers and Twitter from 10k followers to over 31k followers, with over 3 million impressions per month, combined.

In addition to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, Luxury Home Magazine is also represented on multiple other social media sites like Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, Issuu etc. All of the homes that are featured on the front covers of Luxury Home Magazine throughout the country are also showcased on our Luxury Home Magazine Pressroom Blog. This provides even more promotion and branding for our markets, the front cover listing, listing agent and their company. Our Pressroom also features other local market specific listings, new office openings, new developments, achievements etc.

Social media marketing will continue to play an important role as Luxury Home Magazine prepares to launch their redesigned web platform in January 2018. This process serves in increasing brand recognition, brand awareness, web traffic, SEO, sales, media opportunities, lead generation and targeting the affluent audience.
