CALIBRE’s Joe Martore Named GovCon Executive of the Year
Alexandria, Virginia (PRWEB) November 04, 2017 -- Joe Martore, President & Chief Executive Officer of CALIBRE Systems, Inc., was named GovCon Executive of the Year ($75M - $300M) by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Services Council. The award was presented at the 15th Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™, the premier awards program honoring the leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence of the individuals and businesses in the region's government contracting sector. The Executive of the Year Award recognizes Mr. Martore for his outstanding contributions to CALIBRE, the community, and the government contracting industry during the past year.
Mr. Martore has served as CALIBRE’s President & CEO since 2010, and is a member of the CALIBRE Board of Directors. He is responsible for setting and overseeing CALIBRE’s strategic direction, establishing corporate policies, and managing the overall performance of the company. He holds graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and George Washington University.
