System One Director of Commercial & Engineering, Wendy Tordilio, Elected to New Jersey Staffing Alliance Board of Directors
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 14, 2017 -- System One, a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services, today announced that Wendy Tordilio, Director of Commercial & Engineering has been elected to the New Jersey Staffing Alliance (NJSA) Board of Directors and will serve on the Membership Committee for a term of 2 years.
Wendy’s election to the Board of Directors was announced during the NJSA Annual Training Conference & Exposition on November 1st in Somerset, NJ. Wendy was recruited for the position to strengthen the depth and breadth of industry knowledge within the existing Board of Directors.
Wendy has served the NJSA previously on the Legal & Legislative Affairs Committee. Her background includes a Master’s degree from New Jersey City University and 18 years working in the staffing industry.

In addition to the Board of Directors election announcements, NJSA announced its Staffing Employee of the Year. This year the award went to System One employee Aaron Wnorowski. Aaron was selected based on her knowledge, flexibility and dependability. Also recognized at the event, was System One staffer, Teria Armstead as Runner-Up Staffing Employee of the Year. Nominated by fellow employees, the NJSA uses these awards to recognize those individuals who epitomize the values of the organization.
The NJSA was founded in 1960 to help support the success and integrity of the staffing industry in the state of New Jersey. NJSA is an affiliated chapter of the American Staffing Association and the National Association of Personnel Services. These national organizations work collaboratively to support the efforts of direct hire and temporary staffing firms in all fifty states. With a focus on legislation, education, ethics and professional business practices, these associations work across all aspects of the staffing industry supporting all levels of employment.
