Community Health Network announced today the expansion of the Diagnotes’ secure communication platform to their entire organization, which includes more than 250 care locations across Central Indiana. Both organizations are headquartered in Indianapolis. To streamline care coordination across their network, Community users will begin using Diagnotes for secure texting and real-time management and access of provider on-call schedules.

The popularity and use of the Diagnotes platform steadily grew to include additional Community emergency departments, prompting Community and Diagnotes to formalize an enterprise-wide agreement.
