California Realtor Carmen Micsa Helping USTA Grow the Game of Tennis
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) November 09, 2017 -- Carmen Micsa, Broker/CEO of Dynamic Real Estate, has pledged to donate $1 from each sale of her book “Change Your Grip on Life Through Tennis” to the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Funds donated by Micsa will go towards USTA junior scholarship grants.
“Once I opened my own real estate company, I knew in my heart that I wanted to give back to my clients and my community. When I help others achieve their goals, I feel part of a greater cause and it is so wonderful and powerful,” said Micsa, an avid tennis player who has sold many homes to her tennis friends.
The USTA offers a variety of grants to help grow the game of tennis in many ways. Grants include Diversity & Inclusion, Equipment/Facility, Wheelchair, USTA Foundation NJTL and USTA Player Development.
Micsa herself, a 4.5 player in USTA, has played in 255 tennis tournaments and believes that the same mental toughness she displays on the tennis court is in direct correlation to negotiating for her buyers and sellers. “Sports and real estate have a lot in common,” noted Micsa. “For instance, just like I strategize in tennis, I do the same when helping my clients buy or sell their home.”
