Wayne Homes Announces Construction of New Model at Pittsburgh Location
UNIONTOWN, Ohio (PRWEB) November 10, 2017 -- Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, has announced a new model, the Franklin Legacy, at their Greensburg, Pennsylvania location.
Framing has been completed and the company plans to have a Muddy Boots event at the model this Sunday, November 12 from noon to 5 p.m.
“The Muddy Boots event is a great opportunity for customers to see what our homes look like before we add the finishing touches and feel the quality of our construction before they decide to build with us,” Sales Manager Rhonda Cooper said.
The Franklin is a three-bedroom single-story floorplan. At just over 1,800 square feet, it has an open floorplan with an eat-in kitchen, a large master suite with his and her closets, and a private den for a home office or quiet TV room.
“Many of our customers are interested in ranch-style homes, so it’s going to be great to have one on-site for them to walk through without having to travel or wait for an open house,” Cooper said.
The kitchen will highlight popular designed trends, including contrasting Aristokraft white painted and flagstone stained cabinets, along with a tile backsplash and a Kohler farmhouse sink. The home will also show Mannington French Oak laminate flooring throughout the main living area and shiplap fireplace in the great room.
“I’m most excited about having a model in Pittsburgh that will showcase what Wayne Homes is capable of as far as customization,” Cooper said. “The new Franklin is going to include a lot of the custom design features our customers are seeing on Pinterest and HGTV. I think that will really help us stand out from the other homebuilders in the Pittsburgh area and attract a whole new demographic of customers who are looking for an even more customized home inside and out.”
