Experimac Deepens Data Recovery Capabilities with New Partnership

The partnership strengthens data recovery capabilities for Experimac customers who are looking to access data that may have previously been deemed inaccessible, missing, or unrecoverable.
Experimac locations will now serve as SDRS drop-off centers, where drives can be properly and carefully removed from an Apple device, and will then be shipped to SDRS for a deeper dive on data recovery. Owners of drives that show as having no power, that have been subjected to water damage, or have been subject to other catastrophic action with potentially permanent damage may now find that the seemingly lost data can actually be retrieved and saved with SDRS’s Level 2 and Level 3 data recovery services.

Experimac customers whose devices are sent to SDRS will receive 10% off the cost of SDRS’s services. Customers will then have the option to have their existing device repaired, or use the device as a down payment towards the trade-in purchase of a newer, pre-owned device. Most locations provide a 1-year warranty, and every computer that is purchased from Experimac includes free data transfer.
Experimac’s services include device repairs and system updates as well as the refurbishment of older equipment—repairing, refreshing and selling the equipment to consumers at extremely competitive prices. The brand’s on-site, Level 1 repair processes include data recovery services for failing drives though the transfer of old data to newer, properly-working hard drives.
