National Association of Professional Women Inducts Renae Hartley, CEO/Director of Heart to Heart Home Care, Into its VIP Professional Woman of the Year Circle

Renae Hartley is selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Renae Hartley as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship and as an Executive in Home Care. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 850,000 members, a thriving E-Chapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

A highly successful Legal Assistant for many years, Renae Hartley made the bold decision to start her own business. In 2002, she established Heart to Heart Home Care, a Florida-based Homemaker and Companionship Care Company that makes life easier for individuals in Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties and creates peace of mind for their loved ones near and far away.

“Over the last 15 years, our passionate caregivers have made life worthwhile for our clients and given peace of mind to their loved ones,” Mrs. Hartley, who is CEO and Director, says on the company’s website. “I am personally involved with every client’s care, advocating and keeping them close to my heart.”

From doctor’s appointments to food shopping to cooking and housecleaning and in-home companionship care, Heart to Heart Home Care caregivers help clients with a multitude of daily tasks. Always kind and compassionate, they strive to keep their clients happy, cared for and engaged in necessary daily activities. Mrs. Hartley and the caregivers advocate with family members of each client on a regular basis.

As a Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer survivor and a stem cell transplant survivor, Mrs. Hartley advocates for the American Cancer Society, the Mof tt Cancer Center and the Cancer Care Centers of Brevard County. She also advocates for United against Poverty of St. Lucie County and various local organizations who help members of the community.
