iPatientCare EHR is one of the early achievers of 2015 edition certification that supports requirements of Modified Meaningful Use (MU) Stage 2, Meaningful Use Stage 3, Advancing Care Information (ACI), ACI transition requirements, and Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+). The certification testing involved an elaborate process that required iPatientCare EHR to successfully pass hundreds of rigorous and detailed test steps demonstrating capabilities to support Meaningful Use Stage 3 and MIPS measures. Meaningful Use Stage 3 changes include higher thresholds of utilization compared to Stage 1 and 2, expanded Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs), and new data exchange requirements.
Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) is a national advanced primary care medical home model that aims to strengthen primary care through regionally-based multi-payer payment reform and care delivery transformation.
