TAWANI Enterprises Begins Phase One of Eight Floor Apartment Building at 1323 W. Morse Avenue
CHICAGO (PRWEB) December 12, 2017 -- TAWANI Property Management, a division of TAWANI Enterprises, an investment group specializing in the development, investment, management and preservation of real estate properties in the Chicago area, today announced the start of the first phase of construction for an eight-floor apartment building located at 1323 W. Morse Avenue in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. Construction is expected to be completed by spring 2019.

The building will also contain 73 parking spaces. Fifty parking spaces will be designated for residents and the other 23 will be reserved for guests of Mayne Stage. When Mayne Stage is not in-use, spaces will be made available for community parking. The building is also located steps away from the red line Morse “L” stop.
