"My son made a calendar in preschool that I refused to throw away because of the pictures it contained. However, I could not reuse the calendar," said an inventor from Chesapeake, Va. "This inspired me to develop a calendar that includes photos and can be used year after year."

She created a prototype for the patent-pending BEALE-A-FRAME to provide a decorative way to display beloved photographs. The calendar brightens up the area with its stylish appearance. The design allows pictures to be changed in and out as desired. It also can be customized for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and other special occasions. The calendar helps the user keep on top of appointments, obligations and other tasks and important items. Additionally, it is designed for ease of use.

The original design was submitted to the Virginia Beach office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
