BBQ & Seafood has completed the conversion of its Stonecrest Store in the city of Stonecrest, GA by selling the store to TWIJS Receivables, LLC through the I Believe This Is It! franchise company. Juan McAllister of TWIJS takes over on January 1, 2018 as Owner/Operator of the location. Juan has over 32 Years of experience in the restaurant industry in the Atlanta Metropolitan area and San Antonio, TX. He operated the Jus Caterin Baby catering service in Buford, managed Mama Fu's Asian House franchise in Alpharetta, was a Chef at Cafe Sunflower in Sandy Springs and Grouchy's NY Deli in Alpharetta, and was Pantry Chef at the historic 4 Star Fairmount Hotel in San Antonio. He was also Manager of the Great Steak & Potato in Lawrenceville and has held a variety of positions with other establishments.
