Bodies By Pilates to Introduce Authentic Peak Pilates Experience to New Yorkers
NEW YORK (PRWEB) December 20, 2017 -- Bodies By Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio offering an authentic and customized fitness experience for all levels, launches its very first New York City location in the Financial District January 2018 at 11 Maiden Lane. Founded by entrepreneur Deb Lemon, a Peak Pilates Master Instructor and Personal Trainer. BBP’s mission is to transform both bodies and minds through a menu of classes tailored to all types of clients. The studio will offer a combination of Tower, Reformer, Mat and Barre . Signature classes developed by Lemon will also be offered, including “Body Boss” personal and group training, The Lemon Method, private sessions and nutrition coaching. In honor of its grand opening week (January 8th - January 14th), the studio will feature free weekly basic Pilates classes in addition to 1-week of unlimited classes for just $49. Lemon, a Certified Personal Trainer and Peak Pilates Master Instructor w/30 years of experience comes to New York after 10+ years of building her own Pilates business in the Philadelphia area and is affectionately known as the ‘Body-Boss’. Lemon was introduced to Pilates when she was hired as a QVC Fitness model. The Pilates practice came into her life at a time when she was challenged on a daily basis by a toxic 20 year marriage. From the outside, it seemed that Lemon led a ‘picture perfect’ life when really she was in great pain, suffering and sadness. Pilates essentially gave Deb the inner strength and confidence she needed to leave the relationship. Now a domestic abuse survivor, Lemon has been on a mission to empower women with the practice of Pilates - transforming both bodies & minds - and has had great pride and success in doing so.

In addition to its membership program, Bodies By Pilates will serve as NYC’s very first Peak Pilates Education Center. Peak Pilates is a comprehensive Pilates training certification based on a three-level modular program that is designed to deliver the highest quality comprehensive Pilates education. Certification training will be offered throughout the year for those seeking professional training.
