Liberty Home Loans Ensuring Homeless and Underprivileged Have a Happy Holiday
Louisville, CO (PRWEB) December 26, 2017 -- Liberty Home Loans is hosting its 21st annual fundraiser to help make it a better holiday season for homeless and underprivileged Coloradans. “Some donors and volunteers have helped every year since we started the program in 1997. That is what I call the definition of community and the meaning of a holiday tradition,” said Robert Myers, managing member of Liberty Home Loans.
This year, Liberty Home Loans has teamed up with Bridge House to aid in their efficient and effective mission to bring their clients from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Bridge House offers a range of opportunities for homeless men and women to improve their lives. Its services include providing dinner five days a week (all served at local churches), case management for immediate needs, housing support, job readiness services and a ready to work program.
“Our goal has always been to bring a smile and hope to less fortunate people in our community,” concluded Myers.
Through this program, over 100 baskets are being delivered to the individuals at Bridge House. The baskets contain things necessary for personal hygiene, as well as specifically requested items that bring comfort such as socks and hot sauce.
