Naples Hotel Group announces Michael MacCallum as Regional Vice President of Operations. In his role, Mike oversees operations for a portion of NHG's managed portfolio. He joins the Florida company with a strong hospitality background in operations management, revenue management, and product improvement. He works in Naples Hotel Group's orlando office in Altamonte Springs.
Michael is a seasoned hotelier and business leader within branded limited-, extended- & select-service hotels. He has built his career in hospitality, starting at the young age of 17 working as a Front Desk Clerk at a Courtyard by Marriott in his hometown of Lowell, Massachusetts.
After wearing many hats within the industry, he joins Naples Hotel Group from his most recent position as an Area Manager with Island Hospitality. He’s worked to develop strong teams that drive top-line results by delivering excellent service and memorable experiences for our guests and associates and working with teams to maximize bottom-line profit.
