Bravo lets Customer Suggestions Fuel Software Updates in 2018
LAS VEGAS (PRWEB) December 30, 2017 -- As we approach the start of 2018, Bravo Pawn Systems is preparing for an innovative year in software updates. Known for providing free product upgrades to their pawn point-of-sale software every six weeks to align with industry trends and to stay competitive, their next wave of enhancements have been inspired by their most important contributors: their customers.
“We’ve always collected customer suggestions and included feedback into our releases,” says Tally Ray, CEO. Since its launch in 2016, Bravo’s Customer Suggestion Forum has received hundreds of suggestions and thousands of customer votes on what matters most to them, providing ample direction for 2018’s enhancements. “The Customer Suggestion Forum gives our customers a place to not only provide more detail on how they want to see new features implemented but a place to build off of each other’s feedback. The Forum gives us an amazing opportunity to interact with participating stores.”
In 2017 alone Bravo implemented hundreds of these customer suggestions over fifteen releases. The most requested feature of 2017, multi-item layaways, was just released this December, allowing customers to hold and pay on multiple items at once.
How was this feature and those coming in 2018 selected from the hundreds of requests? Ray explains, “The Bravo Development and Product Marketing Team review every single request. We consider factors like impact (how many stores the change will affect), time to develop, and the number of customer votes. Our Customer Suggestions meetings inspire our roadmap, and we’re able to begin targeting dates for release from there.”
Some of the updates to expect in 2018 include:
• Memos
• Warranties
• Advanced Coupons
• Combined Shipping on Buya
• MSRP Optional
• Go Paperless! Digital copies of receipts and pawn tickets
• Loan Promotions
• Loan Reactivations Without Payment
• Reports & Set Default Layouts
• Enhanced Report Builder & Ad Hoc
• Enhanced Physical Inventory
• Enhanced Enterprise & Global-Level Configurator
“Some of our most exciting features of 2018 are mobile-focused. From new features within InstaPawn to mobile reporting for operators,” adds Ray, predicting 2018 to be the year of Mobile and Millennials for Bravo.
With these innovations on the horizon and Bravo founder, Steve Mack, speaking at pawn conventions about industry trends, remaining relevant, and how to stay competitive, it is no surprise other pawn software companies look to Bravo and its features to develop the roadmap for their future releases as well.
“We are extremely excited for 2018’s new features and are confident that they will continue to help pawnbrokers compete with big retailers and attract a new generation of customers. We can’t wait to get these products into our customers’ hands.”
