NEWSCYCLE Solutions Appoints Denise Warren To Board Of Directors
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (PRWEB) January 04, 2018 -- NEWSCYCLE Solutions (“Newscycle“), a leading provider of software and services for the global media industry, today announces that industry veteran Denise Warren is joining its board of directors.
Ms. Warren brings to the Newscycle board a deep background in digital subscriptions and advertising, product development, and media industry experience. She served as President of Digital and CEO of East Coast Publishing for Tribune Publishing, where she led Tribune’s company-wide digital strategy and development. As CEO, East Coast Publishing, she was responsible for the daily operations of six media properties including the Orlando Sentinel, Sun Sentinel, Baltimore Sun, and Hartford Courant. Denise is also the founder of Netlyst, a consulting company that focuses on developing innovative revenue strategies in the digital media space.
Recognized for her expertise in driving transformational digital change, Ms. Warren also served as Executive Vice President of Digital Products and Services for The New York Times, where she launched and managed the Times’ paid digital subscription model, which pioneered the industry standard for monetizing premium digital content. While at The New York Times Company, Ms. Warren held numerous leadership roles, including Chief Advertising Officer, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, and Director of Marketing.

Ms. Warren began her career as a financial analyst with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). She earned a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and an MBA from Fordham University. She currently serves on the board of directors of Electronic Arts, a California-based publisher of game software and services.
