VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa to Break Ground in Livermore
LIVERMORE, Calif. (PRWEB) January 06, 2018 -- VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa, the Bay Area’s resort-style athletic club developer, has selected its fourth Bay Area site, a portion of a 20-acre parcel in Livermore located near the San Francisco Premium Outlets and the El Charro Road exit off Interstate 580.
Based in San Rafael, CA, with existing clubs in Oregon, Colorado and Texas, VillaSport has initiated a major expansion effort and continues to seek new locations throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. VillaSport is slated to open its first Bay Area club later this month in San Jose, followed by additional facilities in Redwood City, Mountain View and Roseville. In July, the company opened its fourth location in Cypress, TX. Existing clubs are located in the Portland, Colorado Springs, and Houston markets. This Livermore club will be the first VillaSport facility to include tennis among its many amenities.

For children ages 6 weeks to 12 years, VillaKids offers a club within a club, including a three-story climbing play structure; arts and crafts studio; sports court; dance and activity studio; and outdoor play areas designed for each age group. Family-friendly amenities include an outdoor turf field and large beach-entry recreation pool with jumbo aquatic play structures and two 26-foot waterslides.
Other resort-style amenities include both indoor and outdoor recreation pools; indoor and outdoor lap pools; four whirlpools, including a large indoor/outdoor whirlpool; a complete fitness center for cardio and strength training; an NBA hardwood court; tennis courts; five exercise studios for more than 180 complimentary group exercise classes per week; a full-service day spa offering massages, facials, waxing, and nail services; indoor and outdoor cafes; and luxurious locker rooms featuring whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, executive lockers and relaxation lounges.
VillaSport memberships will become available approximately six months prior to opening.
